Print your ID Card: Your UnitedHealthcare health plan ID card includes information about you and your coverage. Carry it with you wherever you go and show it when you visit your doctor or pharmacy. Here's how to print your ID Card:
- Sign in to myuhc.com
- Click “View & Print Member ID Cards” on the top right side of the screen.
- Click “Print ID Card”.
- You may also print your dental and vision cards, if applicable.
Please Note: You will not receive new ID cards each year, unless you change medical plans.
Virtual Care Options: Visit with a doctor 24/7 whenever, wherever. With a virtual visit, you can talk by phone or video to a doctor who can diagnose common medical conditions and even prescribe medications if needed (certain prescriptions may not be available, and other restrictions may apply). The average virtual care visit costs less than $50. Prescription Drug Information: Employees who have elected medical coverage receive prescription drug coverage through OptumRx Pharmacy Program.
Set up home delivery by mail: If your prescription medication benefit includes home delivery, you can avoid monthly trips to the pharmacy and you may save money too. You may be able to order up to a 3-month supply of medication you regularly take and there’s usually no charge for standard shipping within the U.S. You can enroll in just a few steps when you sign into your health plan account using the myUHC website below or call the number on your member ID card.
Pharmacy by mobile app: UnitedHealthcare members may use the UnitedHealthcare app to help manage their medications. You can use the app to:
- Set up and refill home delivery orders
- Track your prescription history
- Find network pharmacies
- Compare medication prices
UHC Rewards Program: Good news - your health plan comes with a new way to earn up to $1,000. UnitedHealthcare Rewards is included in your health plan at no additional cost. With UHC Rewards, a variety of actions lead to rewards, including many things you may already be doing. The activities you go for are up to you and the same goes for ways to spend your earnings.

Behavioral Health Virtual Visits: Connect with a provider from your mobile device or computer from the comfort of home. Use a behavioral health virtual visit for needs such as depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, addiction or mental health disorders and counseling. Tobacco Cessation Program: Quitting tobacco is one of the most beneficial things you can do. The Quit for Life tobacco cessation program uses an evidence-based combination of physical, psychological and behavioral strategies designed to help employees overcome their tobacco addiction. Maternity Support Program: Expecting a new arrival? Gearing up to welcome a baby is a great reason to begin some healthy habits. The Maternity Support Program provides comprehensive maternity support before, during and after pregnancy. You can get support through one-on-one access to a maternity nurse at no additional cost. Enroll by calling the number on your health plan ID card. You may also access the UHC Health Pregnancy app for additional pregnancy support resources.
Diabetes Management: Ongoing one-on-one support from a nurse who may help you manage your diabetes, manage your medications, improve your diet and exercise. Sign into your account or call the number on your member ID card for more information about the Diabetes Disease Management program.
